I am truly grateful for this place. Both Melissa Myres and Nurse Margaret have been absolutely wonderful. Since my surprise diagnosis, I have been welcomed and given the knowledge and preparation to make the necessary lifestyle changes with confidence and support. Thank you so much.
Beware if you are a new patient and get a blood differential done for Graves Disease. We were billed $800+ for. And just got off the phone with billing and they said “it was probably not paid by insurance because of how it was written up and billed. But nothing they can do about that now.” I am never taking my wife or myself to OSF again. Looks like Carle Health will appreciate our business.
