The doctor included insulting assumptions about my diet in his after-visit paperwork, although diet had not been discussed and was not relevant to the issue at hand. I emailed a correction and he never responded. A year later, he recorded even more specific, unfounded assumptions about my diet as though they were facts and the cause of my ailments. Beware the certain providers who would rather judge patients for their appearance than ground their practice in science.

After our elderly parents appointment they were a bit confused on next steps. We went back to ask about the test ordered and the nurses at the front desk were very rude. Literally snapped at us and shoved the papers at us. Won't be seeing any of these doctors at this facility again.

Obscene amount of money for something that "may work" after 6+ months. If you decide to back out before their 30 days they give you to return their cpap machines, they refuse to give you a refund for what you've already paid on the machine. Absolute scam.
