When called they have no answers when your equipment is ready. The person on the phone never has any answers and says they are working on it. If I knew what they were waiting on I might be able to expedite the order by helping them get what they need but nobody who talks on the phone has information. Delivery people were helpful and kind but they have left the company. It seems they cant get or keep help which causes more delays.
