OSF Home and Hospice Care are THE BEST!
My Father started getting hospice care in September of 2023. OSF hospice were the only ones that communicated with me on the severity of my Dads condition. It was a slap in the face since none of the Doctors visits prepared me. I am not religious at all and neither was my Dad. I was worried how things would be approached since OSF is a religious hospital. They were ALL amazing. They were upfront and real with us. So caring and personal. Hospice nurses took such wonderful care of my mother-in-law while she was sick. Thank you to everyone helped. You are amazing!
My godfather is dying of terminal cancer, his last wish was to marry my mother... OSF's hospice care workers made that happen. They don't just stop at taking your blood pressure or vitals... They took care of his mental health, his emotional... and ours as well. They went out of their way to give us an amazing experience, with staging a wedding in our own home. With a free cake and even rings. I'm so floored and touched... Thank you, for making his last wish a reality.
They cared for my Father and were exceptional. They were available WHENEVER we needed them, including during a snowstorm and the middle of the night! They cared not only for him but for our family- especially my Mom. I cannot say enough good things about this organization!
