Horrible experience. Went in for back pain and doctor accused me of shooting up drugs. Should be fired and not allowed to see patients.

Incompetent staff and repetitive lack of help in any regard. Never give any actual straight-forward help. They only give extremely vague diagnoses as if they barely know what their job even is. The only thing they do to "help" is prescribing drugs that do next to nothing and when that doesn't work they repeat the same process with different drugs.

My 69 year old father came to your emergency room the evening of May 21st after he took a bad fall at home the day prior. He was given an MRI & an X-Ray. He was told nothing was broken/fractured and prescribed steroids for the inflammation. Well, last week he had another MRI & spoke with a specialist today (July 2nd) in Peoria because the pain never got any better, only immensely worse. He found out that his BACK IS FRACTURED. How the hell do you miss that?! My dad has been "walking"/laying around in severe pain, complaining... read more
