I had a lab appointment with OSF Big Hollow for possible diabetes. I gave a urine sample and blood sample. I informed the lab technician that I am having pain that I believe I may have a UTI. I asked her if she could do a quick UTI test with the test strips. She said no, that it had to be ordered by my doctor. She literally had my urine and blood, I was in my doctors office, and she did not help me! Not one time did she go out of her way to ask a doctor if she could put in an order to check for a simple UTI. I feel as if OSF... read more
It’s not just this place. It’s the entire medical industry. Family doctors are not family doctors anymore. They’re too worried about all the people that can sue them for whatever they’re doing wrong. Two months wait to get an appointment with the family doctor seems completely ridiculous. I wish I had any other choice but they all suck.
