Recommendedit's a great place to shop
I had a rain check for crab legs for $5.99 and today was the last day. I called prior to going to the store and was told they had some left. Once I arrived I was told they were out. I went to customer service to get a new rain check and was told they weren’t extending them any longer. I was disappointed and feel like there was false advertisement. Every time I went to get them they were out.
We have gotten meat, specifically a filet mignon from them and over 3 times now it has been rotten. The store manager wasn’t helpful at all, he was like oh well. Really! This is a $20 piece of meat, come on get it together!
The wait in line at this location is a joke
Absolutely love it in the last 3 yrs. used to shop at jewels with my mom and grandma, now I do and my son and daughter do also, quit meijers, tell everyone about jewels! 🤗
Can we say poor customer service? Yes~ we can lines 12-18 deep and you have 2 registers open. REALLY? Someone told us they would get more lines open. 10 minutes later nothing. I finally call the store while in line to complain. I'm not at Wal-mart people, if I'm paying the higher prices I want somebody to wait on me. Person who answered the phone said I'll get right on that and then she waited on two more customer's. Then I said to her I wanted her manager. 45 minutes in check out line today. Slow moving lines, minimal help, unorganized check out lines
Clean store. Well stocked Don't have to wait in line too long
