I understand we are all going through something. bit you had a very sweet worker moving carts today. it took alittle longer than peopl wanted to wait. a woman working the outside lines proceeded to scream at him and a few customers.l as well. as a mother of a disabled adult this was no way to treat this employee and to be honest, the second employee almost got knocked out by me. no one should speak to another person like this. especially during this time. RecommendedPretty reliable grocery store with a good deli, bakery, butcher counter, liquor and floral departments. Osco has all the medicines, beauty supplies or makeup you need along with a pharmacy which also offers vaccinations. Always seems clean and organized. Remodeled not too long ago. Only downside is it can be very pricey and the bathrooms are super cruddy and old. Should’ve remodeled the restrooms when they were redesigning the aisles.
This is store should have been shut down a long time ago. Why they kept it open and closed the Highland, Indiana store is a mystery. Poor inventory and never have sale items in stock (I'm always having to drive out of the way to the Dyer store because of this issue). Overall a waste of space.
I bought a cake from the bakery on a Friday evening for a kids birthday party the next day. After biting into it I noticed it did not taste right. The cake had MOLD all over. I called and was assured I would not only get my money back but also a gift card towards another purchase but if course when I went in to get it they refused to refund my money because they said they knew nothing about it and the manager was not there. Will NEVER shop here again
The Jewel at 716 Ridge Road in Munster, Indiana is extremely dirty lately.
the produce department has the worst floor plan. nothing but a traffic jam. deli department was nearly an hour wait. always a very long line. 3 different types (sizes) of grocery carts are jammed together so even strong men struggle to get them apart. not sure who is managing this store but there is definitely room for improvement.
Jewel sells Kosher Food items and Kosher for Passover food items
This whole store is great, especially the produce department. Top notch!!
