I have lived in New Orleans, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Los Angeles and experienced some incredible gems over the years. However, the Osceola Street Cafe capitalizes the "H" in hospitality and the "T" in Treasure Coast. I felt I arrived home upon my first visit. Beth Novins greeted me with a welcome that embodies all that is good and right about Stuart. Her warmth, conviviality, elegance, naturalness and charm won me over right away.
