However, the Osceola Street Cafe capitalizes the "H" in hospitality and the "T" in Treasure Coast. I felt I arrived home upon my first visit. Beth Novins greeted me with a welcome that embodies all that is good and right about Stuart. Her warmth, conviviality, elegance, naturalness and charm won me over right away.
