Went to their competitor up the street last week and got a replacement radio installed. Still didn't work. Sold me an antenna and another service charge to install that. Still couldn't get Sirius Radio to work. They said I needed a replacement Sirius tuner. Got one on Ebay but I decided to go to Oscar's Soundwave this time. They installed it and found an interface that wasn't working. They unplugged it then plugged it in again and surprise, it works.
