I really hate having to write bad reviews and I tried and tried to avoid having to do one for Oscar’s Moving & Storage, but after 4 months of going round and round and having them make and break promises, I’m done. Incredible customer service and super friendly. I would highly recommend Oscar’s Moving & Storage to anyone! They were prompt, efficient, organized, detailed oriented and highly experienced. Alvaro T., one of the movers, remembered how my furniture was set up from my old place and replicated the set up in my new place. Se contrato a esta empresa por los buenos reviews que tenia, para una mudanza el 13 de febrero, se requeria que llegaran a las 8 am, llegaron a las 10:20 am, donde no contestaban ni el telefono para informar de su tardanza, gracias a eso no se pudo concluir el mismo dia toda la mudanza, adicional rompieron mesas, cosas que estaban empacadas en cajas, se les agendo para el dia jueves 22 de febrero para finalizar la mudanza y nunca llegaron. entre todo lo que paso se perdieron cajas que llevaron a un storage. Utilicé sus servicios para mudarme de Miami a Madrid. El día que embalaron todo en mi casa no hubo problemas. De hecho eran varios venezolanos muy amables y un señor hondureño. La mudanza que supuestamente llegaría en 1 mes, llegó en 3 meses por el huracán Irma y un montón de retrasos más. Al llegarme las cajas, parte de la vajilla, algunos vasos y objetos de vidrio estaban rotos. Las sillas del comedor (de diseñador) fueron metidas a la fuerza en cajas y al sacarlas el cuero de las 6 sillas estaba maltratado. Ahora hay que ... read more
