Thumbs down! Had a few problems getting in due to the keypad and gate not working, Tony gave me his personal cell #. Fast forward a couple years and came to unload a truckload of furniture from moving someone and find a red lock on my door. A little confused since I always paid on time I called a couple times until I got ahold of him. No explanation and was told to call Monday. No one there at 8am so called him again. He said to call back after 9 and hung up on me and texted me to lose his number! Gave a vacate notice after ... read more

We have reviewed all correspondence with this customer and found it to be all very respectful and professional. She was told the manager was out of town and would check first thing Monday the first time she called. she proceeded to continue calling and yelling at the manager several more times in less than 24 hr period. The final call ended in call termination. She had been asked 4 additional prior times to please remove the managers personal phone number and use the business number during business hours. Great secure place for storage and reasonable price for the extra security and having someone onsite. Especially loved the use of the moving truck. So helpful and delicious popcorn!!
They are really helpful. I will continue to store my things there in the future!
I rented a storage unit from here and they were so awesome n helpful. You can even arrange to use a moving truck to move your stuff. I would recommend them to anyone.
very pleased Moved and couldn't be happier with oscar's mini storage. The manager allowed me to use their moving truck to move into my unit they were fast friendly and secure. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Both at one location! Staff is very helpful. Great service and very fair rates. I got a 11 X 40 inside unit to store my personal items and still had room for my car! I got an outside space for my 40 foot travel trailer and found out my trailer was being watched 24 hrs a day 365 days a year by Oscar's security camera system. I felt all my property was safe and well protected by Oscar's 24hr security systems that recorded everything and everyone that entered and left the the storage property.
