RecommendedI wanted to give a big shout out to Oscars Restaurant at the Holiday Inn here in Portsmouth! We just finished our Baby Back Ribs, Amazing!! RecommendedEverything! Great food, service, cocktails, and the atmosphere. The only thing that disappoints me is that I can no longer get the homemade onion rings. We always looked forward to those. My boyfriend and I tried the onion straws. Brought them home and threw them in the garbage. Seems too many restaurants are going to the onion straws. Doesn't excite me.
