Oscar is AMAZING! My mom had gotten her 25 yr wedding anniversary upgrade from Oscar. I had gotten a right hand ring which I'd custom designed on the spot and in weeks Oscar had it for me. Outstanding! – We went down to the Jewelry district to upgrade my wife's 25 year old wedding ring with bigger and better diamonds. They retained the unique design of her wedding set but increased the total diamond weight by over 400%. It looks great and she is very happy. Oscar and his staff were outstanding and even stayed late to finish the job.
