It was a great experience stepping into Oscar Wylee for my eyes examination. The staff were collaborative, professional and also friendly.
100% recommended. I went here after trying three other opticals to fix my broken glasses. The lady there named KIM was so co-operative and understanding. She managed to fix my glasses which I had no hope of, being disappointed trying at three other opticals before one of which was in the mall itself. She fixed it for me free of charge. The service and accommodation was 5/5. Would surely recommend this place to everyone paying to see others 😂
Had a great first time experience with Johnson. He helped me get glasses for my 2 kids. He was very patient and gave me all the info I needed to make sure I was getting a great deal. Me and my family will be going back to get our glasses here. The prices are very affordable and they have excellent selection of glasses to choose from. Highly recommend this place.
I have been in different optics and eye examiner but this one is my second time to be checked With them and getting my prescription glasses. The stuff are very sweet calm very humbling and friendly and the doctor. She’s She is one of the bestest in Kitchener and Waterloo since, I had been in different places the past 15 years, but this one is the best ex examiner and on time!! I recommended for everyone just to go ahead and check on . Plus, they are accepting the insurance.
Such friendly and helpful staff. Kim adjusted my glasses no problem, and Mimi was a wonderful help in helping me choose my next pair of glasses and sunglasses. Mimi was also very informative of the different tint and lens options available, I will be going back soon. I can’t wait to get my new pairs!
