Dr. Oscar may be a good doctor, but his office staff is terrible. From the front desk to the nurse or secretary, no one ever resolves anything. They don’t answer calls, they don’t provide information, and they have a very bad attitude. It’s frustrating because even if a doctor is good, the experience becomes very negative when the office staff is so unhelpful and unprofessional. I honestly don’t understand how patients are properly taken care of with such poor support from the team.
Dr threatened to fire me after months of not getting back to me about unresolved issues. He scheduled multiple test, never going over my results. I'm 100% paralyzed and he was reluctant to sign my disability status. Requested a script for a new wheelchair multiple times which I never received. Went to him for more than ten years and he asks me about my kids I don't have. Doesn't reply to voicemails or MyChart messages. Dr. O'Neill is incredibly thorough. He spent more time than was scheduled to ensure he had a complete and accurate baseline record when I went to him as a new patient. Since then, he has monitored everything and follows through to check on everything concerning my health. His attention to detail is a refreshing surprise in this day and age. His staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend Dr. Oscar O'Neill-Rosado.
My first visit with Dr O’Neill was terrific! He seemed genuinely interested in my health and was very generous with his time ensuring that he understood my needs and was providing the best possible care.
