My first visit with Dr O’Neill was terrific! He seemed genuinely interested in my health and was very generous with his time ensuring that he understood my needs and was providing the best possible care.
Dr. O'Neill is a fantastic GP, and I have zero concerns or complaints, but the office staff, particularly the rude lady at the front desk, need some training. I am a customer, and feel as if every time I walk up in there, I am seriously inconveniencing her, and she will ignore you until she is ready to speak with you. I have stood there for as long as 10 minutes while she is "gathering herself looking busy" before she even acknowledged I was standing right in front of her. Dr O’Neil gets 5 stars! He’s a great doctor. I’ve never felt rushed with him. His office staff however, could use some training. This is healthcare, not Walmart. Answer the phone, preferably with a smile. Stop being rude to patients too.
Dr Rosado is possibly the worst doctor I’ve ever had in my 68 years. He is impossible to get ahold of, next to impossible to get an appointment with and when seen he is crabby, never takes off his mask, doesn’t even review the lab tests he ordered, has never listened to my heart, lungs, looked in my ears- nothing that would actually make him have to touch his patient at all.
