I went into Oscar's October 10 to get a "Gel No-Chip" full set. Workers were confused by what I was asking for and ultimately didn't do my nails the correct way. Each nail was a different shape/size/ and length, and there was polish surrounding the nail on my skin. Love Oscar Nails!! They always do a great job! All I do is show them a picture of a nail design I'm interested in and they bring it to life! All of them are very talented! I give them a big 5 stars!
I made an appointment for my bridal party to get our nails done the day before my wedding. Apparently when my sister walked in they were complaining about how many people were coming in for my appointment ( sorry about giving you business I guess?). I was made fun of during my appointment (everything a bride wants the day before her wedding). The dude didn’t listen to what I wanted for my manicure. I just was not impressed. I will not be coming back here. But no way did I let it ruin my amazing day �
My niece came to your business yesterday to have her nails done, paying you for a service and the first thing you do is make fun of her. She stutters and you decided it was okay to laugh at her and criticize the way she speaks. I’m not sure how you think it is okay to treat your customers this way. Maybe you should try researching the disability of stuttering to better familiarize yourself with it. Love Oscars when I can get in! Second weekend in a row I have tried to call and get in when their hours say they’re open and no one answers and all of the lights in their salon are off.
I think they did a perfect job on my nails. My nails after 2 weeks still look beautiful. Great price! I'll coming back!
