I went for a full set shortly after they opened on a Saturday. I should have just gotten up and walked out after the man in the fedora hat failed to do any cuticle prep. In the middle of my tips he started texting on his phone, and I mean 3-4 minutes solid. Then just proceeded back to my nails. He did this several times through the process. Simply asked for a soak off not a rip off. A nail tip was used on my nails first until they realized a tip wasn’t going to cut it. Acrylic is still left on my nails by the way. Sent a photo to my old manager (who owns and manages a nail salon) and was in disbelief. Almost forgot to mention but after my “soak off”, the acetone that was used for it was put back in a bottle to be used again. I came in on 04/15 and got my nails and toes done I asked for a medium black French tip and got a small black French tip. The guy who was doing my nails was so rude and kept hurting me. I kept saying ow and he just ignored me and then when I asked if he could put a letter on one of my nails, he said yes, and then didn’t do it and added the topcoat and then said OK. Horrible! My 40 dollar set I got done Friday has two broke nails. That's gonna be ten dollars to fix because Jackson did not use enough acrilic. Also they water down there gel polish so it cracks in a week.
