Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? Not at all.
