Our two mini schnauzers contracted a strain of kennel cough at a boarding facility in the Rogue Valley. The smallest one was struggling with some complications from it and we needed veterinary help ASAP. We are traveling and not locals, so finding a vet office that would take us on the same day seemed daunting, especially after calling around and being turned away from other vets in the area. I cannot say enough good about the ladies here, caring and compassionate. From Ruby answering the phone and sensing my concern about my dog, and fitting us in an already busy schedule. Thank you Ruby, not sure he would have made it if we waited another couple of days! And Allison, Kim and Dr Barstow for taking such great care of Bandit and going the extra steps. Thank you ladies!. The best place and people to care for your animals. My golden lab had eye problems and she was immediately referred to the best eye specialist in Oregon. Successful surgery and follow ups were handled here by wonderful people. Highly recommended for superior care.
