A Vet Like No Other When I came into the clinic it was neat, clean, and the staff was all very friendly. And the prices are at LEAST $10 cheaper than any other vet in the area. I took my four month old red heeler in for his first visit to get his Parvo shot and flea medicine. The staff did a wonderful job and treated him so kindly. Kelly The people in this office from the Doctors to "the lady at the counter", aka Ruby, are the kindest most caring compassionate people in the business! I would never take one of my "babies" anywhere else.
Osburns Awesome i first met Dr Osburn many years ago from my mother who has been going to him when he was in Reedsport,Oregon since then i tested him and made him my vet and he and his crew have taken care of many of my animals for the last 20 years. they have been there when i needed them and they have also hugged me and had a tear in their eye when i have had to put a loved one down. The vets and people that work there are awesome and are for the animal too. they are very special people.
* The Doctors are great! The staff is bad.The front counter lady is rude and the people are all alike. They like most Vets require payment when services are performed is OK but if it wasn't for Dr. Suzie I would not go there. She is great but staff needs to be fired.
Compassion is there specialty We moved to Florence about 2 yrs. ago. We brought our elderly family pets with us. (Of Course) Last year our 13 yr. old Lab had a stroke early in the morning and needed to be laid to rest. We hadnât a need for vet services since we had come to town so our pets were not established with a Vet in town. I looked in the phone book and called the first place. VERY VERY PRICEY I have been using Osborn clinic for years and take my many animals to them. I took my newest puppy to them for shots. Today was to be the last in a series of shots and was to only be $18. The night before she had been shaking her head. I cleaned her ears but asked the vet to look at the ear. This took less than a minute. Imagine my surprise when my vet bill was well over $80. $18 for the shot, $23 for the medicine and $39 for the 20 second exame. That would be $120 a hr. Our poor Doxie suffered a horrible injury and needed to be put down. We were turned away, not accepting new patients. Our poor sweet boy needed mercy and 15 minutes of their time, but they refused to help him. Heartless. Unforgivable. SHAME ON YOU!!

RecommendedGracie and Tugs saw Dr Davis and the staff today and they loved all the new people in their young lives. Gentle, caring and smart is what the littles told us about their doctor’s office visit and we know this from our previous dogs. We’ve always been pleased with the kindhearted and knowledgeable staff who love animals and you will be also. Thank you so much.
