Awesome customer service! People friendly! I definitely recommend! I have rented from them twice and will continue. When making a reservation for a vehicle., I recommend going down there in person. They've always given us really good deals!
Steve at Ace was great in helping me secure our needed Pacifica for a long drive to see family. The vehicle was new and clean, which made for a great drive to and from. I highly recommend ACE Rent A Car.
They are crooks plain and simple rented many cars from them always had hidden and or unexpected fees. Then the last vehicle I dropped off they gave a 360 400 point inspection said everything was good days later they said it had been in a serious wreck. They admitted that they drove after that and it was seriously damaged nothing a little dust would hide they wrecked it sent me a bill and now it's my problem crooks don't waste your time go to enterprise
We were needing a rental car and had tried to reserve 3 times with all of them falling through due to places calling and saying they didn’t have any rentals, even after the reservation was confirmed. I found ACE Rent A Car online and decided to give them a try. They were able to not only tell me they had vehicles, but exactly what they had since I spoke with a human there at the rental facility.
