I would recommend for you to stay far far away from Nancy Kallas. She is beyond hostile, unethical, and just overall a terrible person and real estate agent. I would stay away from her and I wouldn’t recommend working with her. Throughout the whole process Nancy constantly took advantage of us and screwed us over. She is nice until she gets your money and then she is suddenly nonexistent and unable to get ahold of.
