Me and my spouse was at elevate self storage today and met just a worker, Amy. She was very helpful and professional and very kind. The place is clean well kept and well lit. Security is excellent with gates and cameras everywhere. Would highly recommend.

We kept two RV trailers at Osborne for several years. They keep the grounds safe and clean, and they are very friendly and responsive to customer requests and questions. I recommend them highly.
I like the fact that the facility is very clean, has great security and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER I DO NOT like the fact that when I informed them that I was going to be moving out of my unit I was told that I would have to pay for the entire month even though I'm only going to be in it for 11 days. I've never had any other storage facility charge me for the entire month when I'm not going to be using it for the entire month.
