My personal experience with Osborne Homes has been smooth, transparent and they have been great to work with! I’m unsure what these other negative reviews could be about. Everything they told me they would do was followed through on. I’ve spoken with Kathy a couple times. The conversations have always been professional. Sent me a postcard asking to purchase the house… they need better updated leads information. We do not own this house nor live in it so why are you sending a postcard to this house. Do your due diligence and research who actually OWNS the property!
