I would not recommend this company. Better to just put it on the open market in their own words we are not a real estate agency. Very Low offer for very nice property. Please avoid using Osborne !

Very unprofessional. Truly waste of time. Avoid at all costs
My personal experience with Osborne Homes has been smooth, transparent and they have been great to work with! I’m unsure what these other negative reviews could be about. Everything they told me they would do was followed through on. I’ve spoken with Kathy a couple times. The conversations have always been professional. She helped me with arranging a key meet up as well as one time I was running late for an appointment, sorry Kathy! Ask to only work with Devin.
