Terribly maintained lot. Drove in and drove right out. Was concerned about getting a nail in my tire or running over glass. Garbage all over the place. Was not impressed at all. They lost a lot of money over the weekend because of the street festival. Parked across the lane in their compeditor's lot instead. Very well maintained.
I park at the impark lot at the Bay downtown. They regularly raise their fee for the monthly customers. The stairs to go down to the street level is not only dirty, but also unsafe before The Bay opens at 10 am. There's needles, ripped purses & jackets & binders that were snatched from people. The list goes on & on. All they have to do is to lock the doors at night. They have been told many times by customers & their own staff to do so, but they simply don't care it seems.
