Really dismissive communication, very rude and showed zero knowledge of my chronic issues and only suggested inappropriate prescription to use lifelong that doesn't even resolve symptoms. Did not respect me as a patient and was very arrogant to cover up for her lack of knowledge.
Dr. Coe always makes me feel at ease. She is professional and has a wonderful staff.
Dr. McCutchen was very thorough and took her time to listen and ask questions.
From the moment I entered the facility I was greeted warmly and treated with care and compassion by the staff. I told Dr Coe during our meeting it felt like we had been friends for years because of her warm and caring manner as she asked me about my condition and expressed her plan to help me. It is nice to have health care providers who provide this level of care and compassion. You feel like they care for you like their own family. This was my experience with Dr. Coe and every member of her team.

Thank heavens for Dr. Creel as if it weren't for his 'Rather to be safe than sorry' view of my situation I would have been grossly misdiagnosed! Can't say enough about his care and concern and the feeling that he is really listening to you! Thank you Dr. Creel!!

Dr. Sanford is great at communicating treatment options that allow me to feel a part of the process.
I used the flushable moist wipes that the doctor sent me for my recent colonoscopy prep. $500 later to roto-rooter, the plumber SHOWED me that these wipes are NOT flushable!! These wipes do not pass or disintegrate!! Please give your patients this message!!! Or better yet, don’t give these wipes to your patients!!
