Kindness and compassion and efficiency everybody was just wonderful and I had spoken to Corless on the phone Earlier and she came and hugged me. That’s priceless and really makes you feel cared about.
Dr. Obideen was prompt, thorough, addressed my questions and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Has a very kind way about him. It is nice to have a doctor that is smart and also has a great demeanor. The office staff were great and very efficient.
The staff were professional yet exhibited a personable approach. Questions answered. Dr Creel was very easy to talk with, offered thorough explanation of Treatment recommendations and took time to answer questions. I felt at ease and highly recommend Dr Creel and I look forward to ongoing treatment as indicated.
I went in with many expectations because we had had GI issues for months, but the doctor was dismissive and basically made us feel small for coming in with complaints. She even said, this is not a problem....you should see the bigger problems people have that come to me. Even if that is true, you don't say that to a patient.
I appreciated the thorough approach to helping me. He listened when I explained my issues. He understood my concerns. He then came up with a path forward. I am confident that he will get to the root of my problems. And, for that, I am so grateful.
I’m writing this review while still waiting for my colonoscopy. I arrived at the clinic at 9:40 for my 10:00am visit. At 11:30 I finally got up and asked if I was going to be seen. I was brought back 3 minutes later. So a 2 hour wait and an hour and a half wait after my scheduled appointment. I was told that my insurance wouldn’t pay because of a coding issue and to talk to Dr Frisk to get the code changed so my insurance would pay. I feel fortunate to have found Dr. LeVine to treat my illness. He prescribed an effective treatment plan that began producing results in a matter of days. In addition to having a great reputation and vast experience, he has an affable staff who were able to accommodate my need for a timely appointment.
Dr. Garten takes his time and listen to the patient, answers question I have asked. A censer doctor with your best intrest, who wants the best for you.
She completely understood my history, and offered up some great suggestions and two ofthem have been acted on. She found the reason why I had been having swallowing problems with an upper endoscopy, when no one else could. Her staff was friendly, caring and made me feel at ease, at the Endoscopy Facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, I would give a '10'.
