Dr. Brown is attentive and encouraging. He cares for his patients and listens to them. He provided me with options and let me choose my care.
Went there doubled over in pain and found him to be disinterested and uncaring. Offered meds but spoke down to me, was dismissive about my concerns and treated me like an insolent child. I went in crying with pain and left crying with frustration and anger. Terrible care, I’d rather suffer my pain at home.
Will not return calls, other staff will not help to schedule an appointment. This has been going on since march 2024. I had to follow up with Gillian to get the paper work to give to other facilities. She would not schedule cat scans or get other doctors the correct paperwork to give approvals. I had to get the paperwork and hand deliver it to each of them. It is now August and for two weeks she will it return calls. This place will give you an ulcer. Find somewhere else, it’s not worth it.
Took me right in was very pleasant and informative as he always is.I referred my wife also and she was very pleased with her visit and Dr Creels suggested path to discovery of problem.
