My mothers first time being der and she was tortured and made a lot of complains . elderly getting neglected. My mom wasnt token care of rite. Nurses have dis rude additude jus because thy got. In trouble. If my mom know she token care of good den we wouldn't be taking her out. She jus heard rooms DAT r close by asking for help but Jo help comes.
This place is a hell hole. Unprofessional and disturbing the way they leave their clients unattended. Go elsewhere!
I am upset with the facility's administrators. They ignore telephone calls and messages. They have no professionalism in returning a simple call. Their portion size food is horrible. The rooms are small n congested. On the other hand the nurses that have cared for my family are good. Physical therapy is brilliant.
Day crew were attentive, but the night crew were not. I would NOT go back, even if it were the last place on earth.
