They could start by answering call lights and listening to what their residents are telling them. My father was discharged to Osborne looking term care (it was where he'd lived) no one had a clue about what they found out about his over a month stay at the hospital. RecommendedThe PT department is amazing. They always cheered me on and I ended up going from bedridden to walking in just 7 weeks. All of the PT staff contributed to my turn around. I am so thankful and happy and owe it all to Osborne :)
With the way this place operate I'm surprised they're still doing business, my sister was a residence at this place in one her CPAP machine went out they had her without it for more than 3 weeks and know she's in the ICU with her lungs filled with fluids and heart failure with what I know now about this place I wouldn't let the people at this place look after my dog.
If you love someone, don't let them go here. I could write a 5000 word essay on why to stay away but, it is easier just to trust me. STAY AWAY!
When my wife was in this facility she had to sit in pee and poop for 4 hours before someone would take care of her.
