A kind and careful physician, listens attentively and gives good advice about various treatments for the huge spectrum of potential family practice conditions. Her office is immaculate, her assistants are kind, and there is never a rushed hurried feeling when she is providing her care. The Concierge element is outstanding since it keeps her away from all the egregious government/company billing issues that make other practices less attractive. Very happy with this doctor.

Very negative experience with this doctor. Her bedside manner was condescending, and I often felt dismissed or talked down too. I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions or speaking freely. She tried to override recommendations by specialists about my care, and she also gave incorrect information when I asked about options for testing certain conditions. This kind of dismissive and inaccurate care regarding serious health issues is frustrating and dangerous.

I had been seein Carol for years and until Covid she was a decent doctor. During Covid she became a complete and utter fear monger and would mandate the vaccines etc..... then she just lost her gusto and started a Consigliere doctor program where she expected you to pay thousands of dollars a month to be able to see her. She turned mean angry and unreasonable. She was also very rude to me many times. She was jealous I moved to paris for a year. She is awful I'd skip going tog et and pick someone better.

I have seen Dr. Osborne for a number of years now. I appreciate her style and her plain spoken approach. I love the office and the art. While I know she has a schedule between her and her nurse, I have never felt rushed.

I went in asking for a yearly physical. When doing a history of my health I got extremely emotional talking about how my dad had recently and very unexpectedly passed. Both her medical assistant and herself decided that they would not do the physical and that they would make it a mental health appointment. I stated several times that that was not the reason I was there.
