We were there last night celebrating our daughter’s birthday and our son went to use the bathroom and saw a huge cockroach and ran back to the table. Also, they only have cold water in the bathroom to wash your hands. Don’t eat here!!
Fried rice left much to be desired. Random corn and carrot pieces, no onion or peas. Extra for veggies in hibachi? Since when? Seafood overcooked. Service was terrible. Never came back to check for refills. Had to get my own Togo boxes and had to ask for a check and waited a while for that to come. The place was empty so that made no sense. We won’t return.
My boyfriend and I are regular customers at osaka. Last night, we ordered food to go. When we got home, one order was incorrect. I understand that this stuff happens. However, when I called to explain to the manager that I am a vegetarian and had ordered vegetable fried rice and received fried rice with chicken, steak, and shrimp mixed in, he told me it was my fault and said I must have ordered the wrong thing. On 2 different occasions in a row, Osaka has not answered the phone for a takeout order after calling multiple times. Recommend Kani House they answered on the first ring:)

Waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order and another 15 for them to bring the drinks. Then when the rude waitress finally offered to take our order, she said she forgot her pad. Didn't see her again for another 20 minutes so we left. on the way out, the manager says hope you enjoyed it. Come back. We said you're joking, right? No one ever even took our order!?! He didn't care at all. Never again.
