Luxurious Peruvian-Japanese fusion. Nikkei nigiri topped with torched wagyu, truffle, or foie gras; citrus-cured ceviches; and robata skewers with deep marinades. Sleek and attentive. Servers guide you through the extensive menu with confidence and pacing is well managed. Dark, dramatic, and sexy room. Expensive and definitely dressed-up, but the culinary execution backs up the Brickell scene.

I’m a regular customer at Osaka Brickell, both at the sushi bar and through Uber Eats. However, on three occasions, my delivery orders have arrived with either no chopsticks or too few. Most recently, I placed an order for approximately $350 and called before delivery to specify that we were six people and needed six pairs of chopsticks. Only two pairs arrived. One of the best fusions I’ve ever had. The fish was fresh and each dish was exceptionally well put together. Actually insane. Carpassion and Akami truffle were out of this world. Gonzalo and Shay were a dream team too! Incredibly attentive, always checking in with more water, and Gonzalo even got a little stool to put our backpacks/bag on. 10/10!!!
