Texanfan – This is my new favorite sushi restaurant. The sushi is fresh and delicious and the service is wonderful.
excellent – The ambience is soothing, the service special, food is different , fresh and innovative and Shirley and Thomas are continuing their outstanding friendliness. Sirley conyinues her authentic Japanese concern for the customer rather than the $$.
By far the freshest fish in town – Great service, great sushi! The owner is always present to add a welcoming "Hai" and is always making sure that everything is perfect. The Wasabi Dumplings are exceptional!
great sushi and great atmosphere – If you like sushi, you should definatley try this place. Every time I go there to eat, I am very impressed by the level of service and attention we receive. This is definately the best sushi restaurant in Houston!
AWESOME!!!!!!!!! – I don't know what was better- the service or the sushi! The sushi was fresh, tasty and service was quick and excellent. The manager and staff was very helpful and informative. I had never really cared for sushi and now am a HUGE fan. I can see why people get addicted!
The Best, Hands Down – "What sushi is supposed to be like, from the gyoza to the uni." It's why Thomas has been my favorite Sushi chef for 4 years and Shirley has been a perfect hostess. I've never had a bad meal there and I go at least twice a week. The pieces of sushi are of Texas size and melt in your mouth. You don't want to miss Osaka if you are a sushi fan.
Awesome – Incredible food, great atmosphere, outstanding service. Shirley and Thomas have really outdone themselves- Thomas is a fabulous chef and Shirley maintains the impecable service she maintained when at Ginza- what makes it such a great place. The sushi is fresh and served authentic style- large peices with great service. Truly a great Japanese restaurant. I make it a weekly outing.
sushigood – what a delight to find Shirley after so many months. Her resturant is beautiful and the service is first class. We will continue to return now that we have found "Sushi Heaven"
Japan revisited – It was wonderful to find Shirley and Thomas again. they have created a beautiful, restful resturant and the food is authentic japanese and surperb. Its easy to get to (east of Montrose) and lots of parking (its the little things that count). The kimonos the waitresses wear add to the ambience.
