There’s nicer apartments in pacific I’ve lived here for two years. The rent is increasing again and it’s absolutely not worth it. The place is ok, I’ve had issues with doors falling off hinges and the bathroom door no longer closes unless you push very hard, closet doors fell off and don’t close right. Nothing was treated badly things just gave out over time. The plumbing is HORRIBLE. IT IS LOCATED IN A SAFE AREA WHERE A LOT OF FUN ACTIVIES ARE IN THE AREA FOR FAMILIES. IT IS COMPLETELY TAKEN CAFE OF BY THE STAFF MEMBERS.BUG AND RODENT FREE AND ALL ELECTRIC. MINUTES AWAY FROM SIX FLAGS/CAMP GROUNDS AND MANY PARKS. ONE, TWO AND THREE BEDROOM APARTMENTS.
