Awesome place to get something done that none of us want to get done. She is fast, non judgmental, and a sweetheart. I went to another smartstart (they do other brands of interlock too) location prior and they were dirtbags. This place is kind and professional. If you screwed up and have to use their services I recommend O’s interlock as the place to go.
I have been coming here and they are the best so nice and fast toodef better than the other place I went at gateway auto. Also the owner is nice, helpful and he came out to me when my machine broke completely was stuck in Seattle parking garage on xmas for 4 days on his day off. I would def come here if I had to get ur car serviced for interlock.
Life safer interlocks are useless. These bastards have made me late to work five times this year. Fake you owe us money messages, handset communication error constantly, and high call volumes on their "help" line at 510 AM. No one at this establishment is helpful. Life safer is all about money, NOT safety. Seriously, considering filing a fraud waste abuse report for deceiving the government under the guise of safety. & and have been on hold for 18 minutes at this point.
