We had a 10 year old furnace that was problematic regarding heating and technical support. After contacting Orzech, we were visited by a knowledgeable sales rep ( Dave ) that helped us through selecting and purchasing a new heating product while leaving the functioning cooling portion intact. A few days later the new system was installed by two capable technicians , and the system is working well. The installation looks great.
