Dog bed didn't last 24 hours. Zipper was chewed. When I contacted Orvis, I was told I didn't buy a ToughChew bed, so no replacement for chewing. Offered 20% discount for another replacement cover, that costs almost the same as the bed. Very disappointed in our decision to buy an expensive bed, that we thought would last for a long time. Better to buy cheap ones and replace, when your dog destroys it.
do not order stuff online from them. The sizing is so bad. Their size recommendations based off your measurements is so wrong. Way too large. And then they charge you to return items. Shop elsewhere at a retailer that has a better return policy.
Want to thank the incredible staff at the Orvis, NYC store for putting together a super organized, super controlled, and super fantastic event featuring actor Sam Heughan. Your overwhelmingly kind and gracious staff made all of us crazy fans feel welcome and appreciated with your smiling faces and delicious snacks and refreshments. I will forever recommend your brand to all outdoor enthusiasts!
I basically think the clothes are of good quality but I'm so disappointed they only have two short skirts in their fall catalog to that's it..... really Orvis ???really?? and they don't put pockets in half their skirts for women !! no pockets really?
