OMG no BS kinda company. Repairs that are not done asap is not omg's fault! They hire maintenance people to do that job! That falls back on the maintenance person. OMG manages property's not baby sit maintenance technician.! The apartment's we ived in repairs got done and if it took a little time remember your not the only renter and apartment unit! My opinion on omg no BS company! David no BS type of man! They have been around for I believe 20 years and surly will be around for 20 more and long after that!
