Ease in checking out n and out. On time appointments with very minimal wait time. Polite, friendly, courteous and professional and helpful staff front and back office with nursing being the same. Clean bright pleasant nicely appointed and decorated comfortable facility with plantiful parking.
She is nice and pleasant, but it takes her (or her staff) a long time to respond to messages in My chart, so sometimes you have to keep sending messages to her in the hopes that she or her staff will answer you. You have to ask her 20x to change or refill a prescription and she will want you to come into the office to see her for the most minute thing although her appointments are usually far out on her calendar.
