Can never get a hold of anyone to book an appointment. I'm disabled and it's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating that I can't reach anyone on the phone, and feel like I have to physically go into the center just to book an appointment. I leave messages and no one calls me back. Sometimes I want to leave a message and the answering machine is FULL! I have never seen this kind of incompetence from receptionists before. Makes me wonder what exactly they do there if they can't handle basic receptionist tasks.
Can never get an appointment with him and then when I try to always get told, I have to wait at least three days when I said to the receptionist, I can’t wait three days. I’ve been seeing him for over a year and I probably think I’ve seen him a handful of times because he is never open to seeing his patients. He is a nice doctor Availability sucks
It’s extremely difficult to book an appointment, the reception number goes to automatic caller. There’s no process or instructions to book an appointment. It’s very frustrating not being able to connect with your own family doctor.
