I went in to see Dr. Hepler. She is a PA-C. I was having shoulder pain and she was able to give me a shot and since the shot I haven’t had any pain. Dr. Hepler was very helpful as well she listened to all my issues and explained what I needed to do. I would strongly recommend her. She takes her time as well. I really appreciate that. I want to thank the entire team for the care I received after I broke my ankle. From scheduling the appointment to the treatment itself, everything was fast and easy. Every single person on the staff was kind, friendly, and attentive. I honestly have nothing to complain about; it was a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. There was no wait, and I never felt rushed. The staff really listened to what was going on and made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me, not just getting me in and out.
