Very dissatisfied with the entire experience. The condition of the facility should have been my first caveat. It’s really gross and the floors are buckling.-like my finger they said was going to be fine. It’s NOT! I would have been better off going to Walgreens and getting a splint. Don’t waste your time here. I’ve never heard of a “walk-in” ortho and now I know why. Huge waste of time and $$$!
Everyone is extremely friendly, however they missed a fracture on my ankle and just told me it was a grade two sprain and I have yet to recover because they put me in the wrong boot and until I got a second opinion I would have never known. This was in March and I am still recovering, they’ll make sure to bill you for their malpractice though!

Everyone is professional. The receptionist is the greatest, and the doctors are very knowledgeable. The office and exam rooms are very clean. But most of all, the care you receive here is top notch. Thank you Ortho Express.
