We see several of the specialists here. Dr Glowacki is phenomenal. I saw a Dr Steven Reece for years, he recently left. I was very nervous about who to see in his place. Chris Newlin, PA was recommended to me by my friend who is a nurse case manager. I trust Lisa implicitly. Mr Newlin is very good, I'm very happy with him. He's really helped my knees.
Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. They constantly prolong the process, and the nurses never return calls. The doctor told me a nurse would call me the same day as my appointment, but I never heard from anyone. I called several days later and couldn't reach anyone, so I left a voicemail. No one called me back. I tried calling again and still couldn't get through. The lack of communication and follow-up is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
My experience with Dr. Sharma was wonderful as I noted in my previous review. Unfortunately, my experience with the bill I received was not so great. The doctor prescribed two thumb stabilizers, Futuro 3M brand that he suggested I try along with taking Aleve for a week to 10 days. I complied with this and used the stabilizers and took the Aleve.
