Horrible from first appointment to the last. Went in with a hurt back, stopped wasting my time and money going …still with a hurt back. Money ring. They start With there (Dr.), then it’s their PT, Then their pain management Dr? They make you go the rounds and pay your deductible for nothing. Try and order unnecessary tests and charged me for two physical therapists for each visit at PT. Terrible customer service good luck getting someone to answer a phone…. just try. STAY AWAY!!!! Go elsewhere, anywhere!

This is not a health care company, it is a corporate business that engages abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices. They treat patients like consumers on an assembly line. Not only do they violate the oath to DO NO HARM, but they clearly prioritize their bottom line $$$ over patient care! They are currently under investigation by multiple consumer and patient protection groups. DO NOT TRUST them with your healthcare or your credit card number. SCAM!
The billing department completely botched one of our payments. We were attempting to contact the practice immediately when our payment wasn’t posted. They are extremely incommunicative and difficult to get someone on the phone. Then it’s threatening to take is to court when we’ve been jnable to talk to someone to make a correct payment. Incompetence with our money and credit all while we we’re trying to fix it!!! Terrible experience …
