I would have left a thousand stars! Everyone was truly amazing! From the lady at the reception to my doctor, the anesthesiologist, nurses, and all the helping personnel. They treated me like a celebrity! I only have two complaints: 1. The gown they gave me was completely torn on the right arm, It looked more like a rag. It did not bother me per se but I think it does not look good on them. 2. Main complaint, the nurse that set my IV. Had carpel tunnel surgery 3 years ago in one hand and 2 years ago in the other hand. Still.have numbness in both hands first 2 fingers. I keep.reading about the issue of not getting a complete release. Went to the nurse practitioner for advice. She said I was severe and just had to Live with it. That's not what I'm reading online. I'm.not happy about that. My left hand is getting worse if I decide to come back there. I would like to see a doctor not the nurse practitioner that worked for dr Desai
I had a wonderful experience at OrthoVirginia for Physical Therapy, and got a lot of benefit from the exercises and training. 10/10 Highly recommend, and I'll be coming back to work on other body parts. From the moment you arrive, you get pleasantly greeted by Sandra, and Jordan at the front desk who would help me check in if I was running late. Very disappointed in the billing company that OrthoVA has newly contracted with, Cedar.com. We have had an established payment plan for 3 of our children, all requiring surgery, through ortho VA over the past 2 years. The new company will not honor those payments plans and the executive leadership at OrthoVA has refused to return phone calls.
