Sherma Francis has excellent bedside manner and talent in giving necessary shots (what I saw her for) to relieve pain. Immediately built my confidence with her competence & care. Great customer service, concern for overall well-being and health routines and provided education to support collaboration. Thank you, Sherma. Thanks, Dr. Benson, for referring me to Sherma. Do not give clear instructions or answer phone calls. Also the staff is very rude and dismissive. Would give 0 stars if presented that opportunity. Absolutely miserable experience
I read the reviews about dr Stovalls team and I have to agree. I just left there today. I always feel like I’m some kind of a burden to them being there…that’s not normal. Because I expect this I put that aside and ensure I don’t go alone to my visit. I say that and leave a 4 star review because Dr. stovall has great bedside manner. Unfortunately I’ve been dealing with ortho for a while and due to bad experiences I refuse to do therapy there but Dr. Stovall and dr Peter white are two of the best doctors I have seen.
