Dr. O & Ms. Francis are an amazing team! Dr. O repaired my hip labral tear. In all the years of going to orthopedic surgeons Dr. O and his team are fabulous. Every need I had was met. My recovery has been hard but I am pain free where the injury was. As an lifelong athlete my flexibility and return to exercise is way less painful that I imagined. Grateful to have such professionalism and expertise in my corner. Keep up the great work Dr. O you and your team are stellar!

Update: call their office again on September 8 with no callback. Emailed their concerns line as well and have not received a response as of yet. BRENDA at the front desk was very rude on the phone this morning(09/22/25). All I did was ask when billing opened because the or AI system said bit was closed but online it said it was not. For real, I was so excited to come here. I heard such good things, but billing has been nothing but a nightmare. I owed well over 5000 for my hip surgery in January. Can't get an MRI because Stovall has yet to do a peer to peer with the National Imaging Association even after I told him they denied my insurance claim for the MRI because they want him to do a peer to peer. Furthermore, they only ordered a lower lumbar MRI when I really need a full body MRI. This place is a joke and they will really just run you around in circles so they can keep billing your insurance for visits.

For real, I was so excited to come here. I heard such good things, but billing has been nothing but a nightmare. I owed well over 5000 for my hip surgery in January. I paid them 50% before I even had anything done per their request. Gave them another 2400 cash at their office in July only for them to try and send me to collections twice. They called my husband (not even the right phone number on file) not even a month after (07/28) making the $2400 cash payment asking for the other 125 I owed. Had surgery for my collarbone there in March. Prior to the surgery, they tried to upsell me on compression devices, that are basically fancy socks to the tune of $900 each. After the surgery, while making payments, I realized that I hadn't received a statement in over a month. I called their billing department twice, never received a call back.
