RecommendedMy most recent experience was great But my earlier experience was horrible. I was in the hospital when I developed a blood clot in my arm. That resulted in my hand being amputated and Dr. Swanstrum from Ortho VA was brought in to do that surgery. She was a great resource and comfort for my husband; I was not aware of anything going on and he needed her help at that time. In 2015, I had a hip replacement done by Dr. Barton Harris of Ortho VA.
