This morning I fell and badly hurt my ankle. A young woman who assisted me after the fall suggested I visit one on four locations, and I sure am glad I did. Creating a patient account was easy and quick and I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes for a nurse to come get me from the waiting room. I have been with OrthoVirginia through knee surgery and neck surgery. Dr. Abílio Reiss has provided excellent care for me after doing surgery on my neck. Dr. Anthony Shaia performed my knee replacements. His follow up care and recommendations made a significant improvement in my quality of life for staying mobile. Everything, the staff, the maintenance of the building, organization. But, specifically the attention to details. And last, but not least thank you to Dr. Christopher Young one of the best orthopedic Surgeons in the Nation.
Dr Young is a great physician and surgeon with a great bedside manner. He and his team run a smooth operation. Dr Young did rotator cuff and biceps tendon repair on both my shoulders. One in 2015 and the second in 2020. OrthoVirginia has been diligent in safety considerations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
From the time you walk through the door to the time you check out and leave you are treated with respect and professionalism.
