It was very easy to get an appointment online. Check in was easy as I was able to complete the check in a few days before the appointment. I did not wait very long to be seen. I have extreme confidence in the doctor I saw, Dr. Swanstrom. She was able to give me a diagnosis quickly. I highly recommend her and the practice.

Was very disappointed with my visit yesterday, I had a 10:10 appointment and arrived early at 10am. The doctor did not see me until 11:25, this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I let everyone know I spoke to Including the doctor and I got the standard sorry we are behind. In addition He wanted an X-Ray performed, the nurse came in and said you are good to go I said Um he wants an X-Ray done, she opened the door called out to another nurse asking about the X-Ray and left the room door wide open, another unprofessional... read more
I recommend Dr. Thorp Davis if you are having issues with your shoulder, I am 6 months post Rotator cuff surgery and I have very little to no pain, and I am probably around 80 % with my range of motion, I also recommend the physical Therapy out at the Puddleduck location. Surgery and Physical therapy went well in spite of the Covid Pandemic.
l'm impressed with the caring personality of Doctor Harris as well as his staff and the PT staff. They all would listen and answer your questions. They would give you honest answers and assist you anyway they gould.
