The registration desk staff was very professional, it went so smoothly. My the time I was finished, I was called to the back. The med. asst. that helped me was very polite and informed me of his experiences while working for Dr. Birmingham, all good I must say! Doc came in with positive energy and let me know that he could make my pain go away in about an hour, so confident I thought to my self. I love the location, the pleasant staff. Dr. Vincent Dalton, is hands down the best Ortho Doctor in Richmond. I have, and continue to reccomend him to people. His bedside manner is beyond reproach.
there are several great doctors here. Abilities Reis I see for my back and neck and Morgan Swanstrom (hand)great bed side manners and easy to talk to.
